Traffic to domain comes from Links in other sites like YouTube

The seller is selling a domain which gets around 70-80 visitors a day. 100% of them comes from links on YouTube. Can I buy this domain and park it?

Or domain parking is only for traffic from type-ins?

Yep. Backlinks are a legitimate source of traffic. Just don't add any after you have parked the domain, because it's not allowed. Whether YouTube backlinks provide clicks and revenue, is debatable
