Traffic for 6-figure website?

I know there are a lot of variables...but is there a general estimate of how much traffic a website would need to be receiving monthly to be worth at least
100K?

I cannot disclose the niche, but will say it's for business owners - and it's a
very high ticketed product they would be interested in if they came to the site.
The niche is growing and in the coming years, will become more competitive. There is research and statistics to back this up -- it's not just hearsay.

How long would the site need to be established for someone to seriously consider purchasing it? Would one year be sufficient? I understand there are no definitive answers...but just an estimate to know what the ballpark traffic #'s would need to be would be very helpful...thanks!

traffic or not, 100K is a big chunk of money - revenue is the key element in determining the value of the domain name....

you can only price a domain 100K, if the domain is a premium domain name and that it generates 75%+ type in traffic... any other traffic is easy to gain with some man power and money!

Usually for sales you will earn what around 5 to 7 % of the sale..

There would have to be a nice domain, plus traffic etc, proof of revenue...

Theres a lot of factors

Are you selling a product? Making money through affiliates, advertising, etc?

I'd say about 20,000 views per day would get you $100,000
