Traffic from old names?

Hey guys,

I'm starting a subscription based site. I'm looking into ways besides word of mouth, adwords and flyers to build up a member base.

There are dozens of domains expiring daily that are relevent to my site. I usually use TDNAM to pick up a new names that have traffic (at least 100 uniques per month).

Would it be wise to pick up a few TDNAM names with traffic and redirect them to my site? The domains I pick up will all be VERY relevant to my subscription site.

Hey, it depends on the niche. 100 uv a month may not be worth it for an arcade, but targeted type in traffic for a forex niche, 100 uv a month will pay for the names and much more.
