Trader feedback for NP$ exchange?

Do we leave trader feedback for a NP$ exchange between members?

I'm thinking no but just wanted to make sure.

If you are using real money to purchase it or sell it, then you can leave a trader rating IMO.

AFAIK you can give TR for saying purchasing 2,000NP$ if you use real money such as PayPal or Moneybookers.

Thanks Bill it was a NP$ exchange (purchasing with cash from another memner). I'll leave feedback now.
