If I want to buy TwoWords.com domain, whereas TwoWords+Company.com is established as a website but they have Trademark of "TwoWords Company" not "Two Words" mark, is that considered cybersquatting?

No, but offering to sell it to them or using it to promote similar products or services will be.

How is the chance to get UDRP case from them?
Is it better to buy and wait for them to approach? Or is it better to forget about buying it?

Hard to say without specifics, but I'd venture to say that chances of that are pretty high.

Taking the initiative here and offering the name for sale proves bad faith and almost guarantees losing the domain in an UDRP case :blackeye:
Waiting is safer, but no guarantee you will prevail in an UDRP case. Forgetting about it is safest :xf.smile:

It depends on what the two words are.

There's no useful answer to this question as posed.

Trademarks are not all created equal. If we are talking about, say, the Yankee Candle Company, which is a major US retailer of candles, it's a good bet that Yankee Candle is going to be perceived by consumers as having some association with that company, since "Yankee Candle" is not a generic thing, even though it is a combination of two common words. "Coca" and "Cola" are two common words too. Put together, and they'll be happy to leave a smoking hole in the ground where you used to be.
