I happened to see this name PlayboyChannel.tv owned by a person rather than Playboy. Isn't this Trademark infringement ?

I would assume that the term Playboy is only trademarked and the words before and after don't matter really. This domain was created on 06-feb-2006

Definite TM. Playboy is one of those companies that does pursue to get names back.

There is doubt on this one. This is a clear TM violation. Except losing the domain you could get into trouble if you develop that name into an adult video website.
If you just leave it as it is the worst that can happen is losing the domain.
