Just picked this up after doing some searches for law related domains. Every other extension seems to be taken with and without the hyphen and the S. Though most of them seem to be parked.

Was planning on developing it into a general TM information site with links to TM Lawyers, or a TM lawyer directory, not sure yet. Just wondering what people think, was it a decent buy, has any value, etc??

According to NameBio.com

In Sept of this year the domain name TradeMarkAttorney.org sold for 1,000 @ Afternic. the Keyword "Attorney" through google search shows results of 203 Million - the Keword "Lawyers" shows only 10 Million Results.

With the hyphen between the two, your going to lose signifigant value. Considering the above information, I would appraise the domain name currently in the low xx range. Good luck.

Trademark Lawyer has about twice the OVT as Trademark Attorney. Though it obviously doesn't differentiate between singular and plural and according to Wordtracker both variations for the plural get about the same amount of searches. The hyphen and the extension definitely hurt it, but it seems to have a lot of potential for SEO, especially since most of the similar variants are all parked, which means no keyword competition. And I am planning to develop it, so high placement in the SERPs should make it a fairly profitable domain.

I appreciate your appraisal and I agree, that without development, it's probably not worth too much.

Thanks!
