A example domain name superheronet.com. I registered superhero.net. Can they get me for trademark infringement?

I think someone is trying to say superheronet.com is the same as superhero.net. Would that be infringement? I might have an issue with one of my domains names with the same situation. They are using my tld as part of there .com domainname.

Nevermind sedo messed up. They sent me the wrong blacklist information. There is no trademark infringement.

You mean you listed the domain name at Sedo, they received a complaint of
alleged trademark infringement, and they subsequently removed it from their
listing and notified you of such?

Domain name registrations per se don't necessarily infringe except under very
limited circumstances such as uniqueness, any visible website, etc. Sounds as
if someone is claiming trademark rights to the term, and it happens that your
domain name bears that.

Just some general bits.
