can we purchase a domain name whoes trademark have expired or death?

After expiration of trademark if i purchased and after sometime if the trademark renewed again by same company then can the company file the UDRP against it?

Yes. Whether the company WILL win or not, though, is another matter.

Find out what you can about the other party and its trademark if any, then decide from there whether or not purchasing that name for your plan/s will be worthwhile. Good luck.

I wonder about failure to respond in time trademarks. I would assume it's the same and the name is free to use.
