You should have taken the initial offer and skipped the auction. You don't want the buyer to get cold feet over the auction period considering this offer is "fantastic" for this domain. IMO.

As I understand word "tout" means "all" in French, but I'm not sure. If yes, I think it's "ok" price for that domain IMO
