TopSites.cn could be a "top sites" in .cn?

I am the owner of TopSites.cn and TopWebsites.cn. I plan to develop it as a "top sites" style for traffic exchange but I need your advice to see if it can be developed for the other business? or How to be more unique site if I keep the idea of "top sites" style for traffic exchange?
