I used to run the site and it generated over 2800+ unique visitors a day, but i simply do not have time to maintain it anymore. The site uses Adsense to generate money but the buyer may find some alternative PPC or related advertisers that can generate them more from the site.

The site is well established for rankings With a bit of time and effort could probably double its current traffic & hits.

The site ranks well under google for a lot of phrases but its main keyphrase "Modified Cars" it ranks 3rd on Google.co.uk for.

The site currently generates about 400-600 dollars a month in adsense.
(although i have had $800+ from it. - which i can prove)

It has a Google Page Rank of 3 - Was 4 untill a few months ago.

The site was redesigned a couple of months ago and since then has had over 200 members sign up.

I havent got a Buy it now Price really, obviously id rather sell it for as much as possible and im open to offers.

I have pasted the adsense stats and webstats below. The stats are low in march 07 because the company who hosted it were terrible (crashing and slow loading times) and the website was down for 3 weeks because of this. It took the site about 3-4 weeks to recover.
