Established Possible dating website for sale

First off to say that i had no intentions of selling this website, i thought i strook a gold mine while playing with keywords on the ovt tool, i found a keyphrase that has over 400k monthly searches. One month later im #2 on Google & MSN for this phrase and i see hardly no traffic from it atall

The website would be a great setup site for anyone looking to get into the dating/personals business. It is listed in tons of authority websites including Yahoo!, Clush.com, Stpt.com, Kingbloom, Aviva, Alive, Epitrope and tons more but i lost track! Also has a high priced listing on linkexperiment.com! I have spent easily over $1500 developing permanent links on directories and dating websites including presell pages.

The website is predicted a PR5 which i think it'll get, has 6,208 links pointing to the domain and alexa of 415k. It has 39 members and 2 pending profiles.

Last month it made just over $24 with Google adsense.

I'm looking for someone serious and who understands the amount of money & effort i put into the website to get it #2 on Google.
