Was talking about 3Dreambox.com last night, and what a clever play on the 3D trend their domain is, and my wife got thinking about what other "d" words might be combined with "3" to make a domain. So I locked the PayPal account, took away her credit cards and cellphone until she stops sounding like she's about to get into domaining.

Also, I mentioned a couple of places online for coming up with words, which I thought were worth sharing here for those who are seeking inspiration:

Phrontistery's Dictionary of Obscure Words

Collins Dictionary Online Just under the searchh box on the right hand side of the page, there's a link which reads "Browse." If you click it, you can pull up an alphabet to browse by letter. There are many sites online that have a page like this, but Collins' is the easiest to use that I've found -- and it also has similar browse features for French, Spanish, German, and Italian.

MoreWords.com's search by length If you're a stickler for domain length, are looking for an alliterative word but don't want to go over a certain number of spaces etc. this is a great search tool.

Hope these are of some use - would be interested in seeing similar sites used by other NamePros members.
