Too much to ask? (Ads that are not part of a Javascript)

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is any ad serving service that serves text links (maybe through XML), but not with a Javascript like Google Adsense. Text links that are not tied to a Javascript and not get hidden by Firefox's adblock would be awesome; some sort of text ads like those in parking sites. Is there something like this, or is it too much to ask?
