To sell or to keep

Hello,
I own Android18.com and ive started putting together a basic site to keep my serp up high and eventually want to put adsense on the site. Its getting some traffic right now which is all type in and SE. I have someone thats interested in buying the domain but im thinking in the long run i would be better off keeping it with the adsense revenue.

Any suggestions on what i should do?

Sell the domain, you can always devote your time to another domain.

i am not sure that is a good domain or not.

but it seem pretty ok for some fans site or personal one.

Test the water a little, play hard to get. If he/she wants to buy a domain like that, it's for a reason.

If I had it, I'd sell for $xx mid-high (if the buyer is really interested in it)

tsj5j: it wouldnt take much more time to fix up the pages etc and then just let it run on its own.
