Young site. Sell it or stick with it

So far I have registers, developed and built a forum for www.NortheastNaturalgas.com. The site is young and show potential, but I am wondering if i want to keep up with it or sell it out.

The adsense earning from Sept 8th (when they started) to today is $8.01.

Any tipss, advice, words of wisdom?

$8 adsense revenue in only four days on a newly reg'd site is pretty good. Wait until your forum gets more members and then the clicks will start piling up. I say hold onto it, build it up a bit more, then sell it as a "complete" website down the road.

You don't get many adsense clicks on forums.

That's very good for a 4 day old site (presuming there's no prior history), I would hold on to it if I were you.
