Hello, I am wondering ,if I should get an offer on WWW.GREATRATE.MOBI. Should I sell it or hang onto it for a while? Do you feel prices will increase in the future ect.

I am a mobi optimist so consider the source. I think good .mobi's will increase in value in the coming years. Bad ones will be equally as worthless as they are today.

I'm not familiar with this empirical evaluation process. Can you expound on it for all our benefit and reveal how you conclude a given URL will have a six figure value in 10 years?

I guess we are all just waiting...... I believe this is a premium name and could fetch high $XXXX to low $XX,XXX . But even being the owner of this name I find it hard to believe it could ever get $XXX,XXX even if I held it for 100 years.

Personally, I would immediately sell this (undeveloped) domain name ... for anything over Reg. fee+ - Reg. fee+/+! :talk: :imho:

There are other factors I also add on my decission making on appraising domains. I'm not ready to disclose that information online.

Moral of this story?
Never disclose your appraisal methods then nobody can like it or dislike it.

Needless to say i blew above advice from that certain someone right in the wind :lol:
