.mobi To sell or not to sell?

Two of the dotMobi's I acquired are thestrip.mobi and fremontstreet.mobi. They are generic non-TM domains relating to Las Vegas. I have someone who has offered to buy them in the mid $XXX. Of course, nobody knows what will happen with dotmobi yet but I think it will take off and I don't know if I want to sell yet. They could be worth a lot more later. What would you do? Thanks in advance for your opinions.

...one way to look at this might be the comparison ...

Let's say you get $600 for thestrip.mobi and you use the money to buy another set of names. Assuming that you use GoDaddy that charges $30 for a 2 year registration, you could buy 20 .mobi names. For example, the following are available now:

netstrip.mobi
casinostrip.mobi
stripcasinos.mobi
vegasnevada.mobi
playvegas.mobi
netvegas.mobi
pokervegas.mobi
golasvegas.mobi
onfremontstreet.mobi
playthestrip.mobi

You could take all of these plus 10 more...

On the other hand, these names are not as good as thestrip.mobi name.

In the long run I think it comes down to your financial situation and your risk tolerance. If you can take the risk to hold on to it with the expectation that the value will go up - then don't sell. If you don't want to take more risk and you can use the money - then sell (bird in the hand, and all that...).

As I stated above - I am new so please take everything I write with a grain of salt - - it does not come from experience.

You could take the cash, but some of the domains that mobifranz suggested, then try and sell them to the same guy that bought thestrip.mobi as they obviously fit in.
Obviously they wont go for as much, but may mean you end up earning high $xxx instead of mid $xxx

I have been sitting on the fence today about whether or not I should register BourbonStreet.mobi. This post pushed me over the edge and I got it today. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long on FrenchQuarter.mobi as it is now gone. They would have made a great pair.

$250 for each...hmmm....I guess it depends on several things:

1. do you need some cash now?
--> Yes, Sell now
--> No, go to #2

2. can you afford to lose your registration investment?
--> No, Sell now
--> Yes, go to #3

3. can you afford to re-up reg fees for next couple of years?
--> No, Sell now
--> Yes, I would hold on to them!

I appreciate the feedback. Well, I went against almost everybody's advice and turned down the offer. We are $100 apart and I just won't go any lower. I really believe dotMobi is going to take off and although I would like to cash in on some of my domains now, I think these will be worth more later. Just couldn't do it.
