.mobi Develop or sell

I have a decent offer for roadbike.mobi It is one of a few I had planned to develop but of course the first I have gotten an offer on that will pay for most of the rest. Should I sell or develop. Offer was mid xxx's. Thanks

p.s. sorry for the double posting in the for sale area; I put it in the wrong place. Not looking for bids just opinions as to whether I should sell it for the offer I have or not.

Just my opinion, but at that price, I believe I would sell and go find/buy 20 or 30 more for possible development. I have just started acquiring dotMobis, but am amazed at how many good ones are still available with a little brainstorming.

Hmm.. some angles to consider

I always say, keep your best.. if this is your best name.. I say Keep it..

If you enjoy biking and would like to make a lifestyle with a biking site.. I say Keep it..

Opportunity cost - Consider the time developing a "roadbike" site as opposed to developing another type of Dot Mobi site, worth it to you?

How would you feel if you sold it for a couple hundred and Mobi really took off in the future?

The whole point is not to sell out to any negative vibes that may come to your life for your future as a result of an action today..

Whatever happens or not, though, have faith..

With this said.. if you do not really care about "biking" or it doesn't make you happy.. then consider selling it more..

If you have a watchlist of names and you would rather have 50 of them than this one.. then strongly consider selling it.. for obvious reasons..

I don't know your financial situation.. (If you have extra money anyway for your watchlist.. that makes a big difference here)

But off of instinct, with the limited information I see on your post, I'd say keep it..

The amount money (mid $XXX) isn't enough to make a significant difference for the longterm (unless you use it to buy 50 more).. the longterm difference to consider is how you would feel or not feel for a lifetime personally if you lost this domain at that price..

Roadbike is certainly not the best name I have in terms of selling outright. Mostly I bought it because I could develop into either a result page like when major roadbike races are occurring (tour de france, italy etc..) or as a guide for roadbike resoruces like suggested rides, stores etc.. In any event, I was sort of surprised at a random offer since the whole of the marketing I have done is list on SEDO.

That being said, it would pay off the reg fees for a number of them and while I don't "need" the money per se to develop sites it does make me feel a bit more secure in the idea I know what I am doing by paying them off. In any event, thanks for the suggestions. I have to give the guy an answer Wend so anybody with any other opinons please let me know
