discuss TM names

I own several hundred LLL.us and today I received an email from a company in Germany wanted me to transfer one of the LLL.us to them because of the trade mark.

The name was registered before the trade mark was file so I told them they have two options:
- File URDP or
- Purchase the name from me at an reasonable price compare to the filing fees

The guy is very polite and reasonable. I sold the name to him for $xxx. and the whole transaction took less than 2 hours.

I bought the name in a bulk purchase here at NP around $20.

It's lot cheaper to buy the domain than go through litigations. Happy ending

Congrats on making the sale! Maybe the German company is expanding to the US, or just wanted to get their hands on as many of the more "main stream" extensions as possible. Works out for both parties
