I have a domain (.com) which is the name of a company who has the same domain but in their own country code. The domain I have is not trademarked in the US but may be in that country. Would this be considered cybersquatting if I approached the company about purchasing it?
Another level to this is that the domain is a one word dictionary word, although not that common. My domain was registered by someone else before that company registered their domain, but I picked it up after.
