I really need some insight about Tm issues, this seems to be the harder subject in this industry,
I was going through afternic and I saw so many domain names with the name "HEFTY"
I remember seeing hefty.org , heftywallet.com and many more.
I googled up Hefty and I saw this is a brand name used by a detergent company, and the term Hefty is trademarked.
This got me confused because I see lot of hefty+keywords on afternic.
My question is, will the company leavethem so far the domain name does not relate to anything detergent and is not in the same line of business?
Or would the company take a legal action against any name that contains the word hefty?
Knowing fully where hefty is a "dictionary word"
Please can the professionals throw a light on this one.
