I like it. Particularly the taste talks and yasresorts ones. The risk is that Aldar Properties may own the entire island or a substantial amount of it and could be the only viable end user. If that is the case, selling may be difficult.

But if an end user is found, easily mid $x,xxx. IMO

Thank you. In fact, Aldar Properties should consider registering domains that can be sold to the various developing estates on the Island. It would be a win win situation for them: offering physical real estate and corresponding virtual real estate. By 2018, the market value of the developing real estate properties will soar. They are sure to make back the 40 bln in flying colors.
