Thread bashing.

Hello everyone,

It has come to my attention that more and more lately new users are bashing my and other people's thread. It is getting more and more out of hand, I try to report them but they never seem to get fufilled.

As a owner of a large forum myself, (previous owner), I do know how it is to get spammed with reports, etc, I do understand the time involved. It just seems your rules are getting disregarding and people are loosing sales due to bashing, just check the sales/advertising as well as the webhosting offers, countless numbers of bashes.

Nevertheless, Namepros is an awsome community :)

Interesting. I have always received quick responses on issues brought to staff.

Same here, but I am more pointing to the thread bashing part and it's just getting worse.

Some don't bash or trash intentionally.. sometimes it's just an example of not thinking before speaking.

I have not seen thread bashing getting any "worse", when compared to last month, 3 months ago, 6 months ago, 1 year ago, etc. - It's a constant issue in a community this size, and one we take seriously and try our best to stay on top of.

StackedTech, are you reporting the offending posts (you find) to us?

Yes, I actually did one earlier.

And again, I totally understand at a community this size is hard to monitor every post, I hear you loud and clear on that part because myself have ran a community, of couse not this size :)

Humm... This was the problem of mine too. When I came on namepros I was the only member on whole namepros with a Red box in rep :D

10 days and I had got a shining red box in my rep. But every one learns, so did I.

I think this will continue happening as long as new members arrive here and get settled. Some may go away and never return. And some people are just born spammers so they will never understand or learn and will eventually get banned.

But as we are talking about namepros. It is really a busy community and man, namepros is getting atleast 100 new signups each day. So I think some of them are meant to be like this. hehe.

The staff here is amazing, excellent, dedicated, polite, kind, professional, hard - working and right there whenever needed. So hats off to them.

Namepros is Namepros Bcoz of its Staff the members who are dedicated towards it.
