Persons elected to new members or a new member guide that includes all the insults I received for over 3 months. When I was very very ill in bed. Unjustified. I hope that people's attitude change. As you never know who is on the other end of the line. You may be busy or impatient. But I was genuinely interested and took a bashing like no other Ive ever known. And I have been in other areas of business, no-one behaves this way.
