You have to turn it on from your control panel and you must be 18+ it is right under Domain Appraisals as a sub forum.

It's weird.

I went to my CP, clicked on Edit Options... and I see "Hide Adult Forums". It is unchecked so adult forumds *should* be visible to me.

I'm a "little" bit older than 18 so it should not be the problem either
