domain DN-List.com | DN-Site.com -- How bad does the hyphen trash these?

I thought these were very useable and sellable even with the hyphen, do you think the hyphen kills them too much? Dn + hyhen + keyword is taken already with a lot of good keywords, like dn-forum etc. so I wanted to get a couple strong ones before someone else got to 'em all. What do you think? The un-hyphenated versions do not have developed sites (one is parked, the other is a minor site) and are not trademarked.

I am not talking about indexing or SEO etc. For pure domaining purposes, hyphenated domain names are not popular among developers and do not have any bright future. That said, there is a small fraction of domainers community still engaged in grabbing hyphenated versions of keywords and that is the only place where you can flip the above names.
