saw something similar a while back on a gadget show. It was from a tech fair and the person doing the demo drew an image on the screen (pretty much like they did at the end of that video) then rotated the image (not in a 2d way but a 3d way) etc all using touch screen.

It is amazing what is being developed. Another thing on monitors, some months ago I read an article about a monitor that you can fold up and carry about quite easily. Would make mobile computing alot easier.

Sort of reminds me of the screens inside the "Minority Report" where the monitor is extremely interactive. Wonder how much these things would cost when they're released. ;D
