This domain is for sale

I've had fairly good luck in the past adding "This domain may be for sale" or related links on my sites in the past. I'd usually just link them all to a Sedo page to make an offer, and negotiate the sale there. With increasing commissions (15% or higher) I'm considering pulling all those links. What are some trusted alternatives you may have used in the past? Maybe GoDaddy has something like it? Someone else? I could setup a contact form and handle it through email myself, but an automated platform for offer/counter-offer might be better. Some buyers may not want to use their own emails for this process. Are there scripts written that already handle the offer/counter process? Any suggestions for sites other than Sedo where you can create a negotiation link?

I'm (re)writing a contact script with a counter/counter-offer type negotiation system (as opposed to a basic contact form).
I promise to make it available when it's ready.
I was going to include links to listings where the domains are on Sedo/Afternic with a small note saying something of the lines of "if you'd prefer for a third party to handle negotiations, please follow one of these links; However, as third parties take a commission, you could pay a higher price..." or similar.

My thinking was, I'd discourage anyone confident enough to deal direct from using Sedo (higher prices), but not discourage anyone to wary of being scammed by offering the option of using Sedo.

I went ahead and pulled my Sedo links and replaced it with a simple AJAX contact form. Example:

It's an interim solution for me anyway, until a contact form script with offer/counter negotiation is built. I'll let you know if I notice any changes in the offers made through Sedo vs through my own form. Sedo taking 15% or more if you don't park your domains, was a bit too much, especially if I'm bringing the buyers myself. Soon I should have some figures to give me a better picture, and I can still use their external escrow, or GoDaddy or Escrow.com if desired.

I suppose you need to read SEDO rules. That could be you will need to have contacted SEDO first or that might not be allowed by their rules at all.

But I've also made one with standard HTML, just a listing and links to contact forms.
