Paypal fnf and crypto- scammer sign no seen after 2012 ? No deal. and you came with ultra premium domain for $175 and i offered you $200 and you agreed to $200. You did not see! Someone claimed at BIN and you should honour his bid. But scammer wants more being a old member you should know how to deal.
Right, but it seems they have a better system in place. https://www.namepros.com/threads/scammers-on-the-np-marketplace.1230571/#post-8187691 For some reasons, some scammers go through the automatic filters but at some point, if we know how to react, they should just vanish, in theory
Pay attention to reviews, they know how to get fake positive reviews now.. Probably with duplicate accounts they create.. or steal from previous members
I just think there should be some delay between creating a new account and listing domains for sale. I’m sure it would cut out some of the scammers. Even 24 hours would help.
Thank you for sharing that personal story. As a four letter .com only 456,976 exist. If their value goes up, i hope you pursue. @Rob Monster does this count to add to DNProtect.com? Sometimes numbers lie. As far as i’m concerned; txeo.com and yoal.com deserve 0 score. New members, this is why you are looked as Kryptonite. Seller, who did OP, ruined for you. New members, joining this forum best decision, but post introduce yourself! Most imoortantly; buy domains (they can be cheap!) to earn cred. Seller who scam made an account Wednesday
A lot of very old account seem to have become active over the past couple of months... It makes one wonder.
One more job Namepros done that we can not delete our message history. Lol what the hack. Please do not touch my account i have private chat here
From our observations it's not connected to a NP vulnerability but to a data leak that occurred elsewhere. Old abandoned accounts are most vulnerable. But hey, good luck.
@[Redacted] "not to cause harm" but you are trying to steal members money! how many years have you been posting fake 4L.com's here for sale? or are you part of a group doing this
I did send a PM to @kite26 to warn him about this member when he posted sold. It's too obvious it's a scam. - New member - The name is too cheap - Paypal I saw the thread but I did not post sold because It's too cheap to be true and I don't want to lose money. This is not the first time it happened here.
This site uses xenforo. It's a very well known and widely used forum software that is regularly patched. If an account has become compromised, it's most likely due to credentials being circulated elsewhere.
Thanks again. It was obvious, yes. From my side, I have been stolen at past and there is no way to pay via FF. Lesson learned. I think that a warning banner at homepage should be helpful for newcomers.
Just wanted to point out the guy I asked about just replied and did offered a refund too, so thanks for the replies about my query, sorry for asking in a similar thread.
I was one of the people dealing with ZeDiM and when he first told me to pay via F&F I immediately got a bad feeling and alerted @kite26 who had won the domain auction. Since Kite did not fall into the trap he came back to me asking for a payment through f&f which I did not accept. When I told him I would only do the deal through an escrow service he disappeared. I guess the only way to not be scammed as a buyer is to pay via PayPal goods&services or using an escrow service such as the one dan provides.
That would go against laissez-faire policy, But they (the new menbers) could still buy! Paypal FF should still apply to them...
