Well it's not bad.
IMO the best use would be for real estate webdesign services.
Another possibility would nationwide (US) real estate ads, or a US-focused real estate portal. A .com would have been better because .us is not strong enough ATM but with some serious development I believe this one can be put to good use.
I would appraise at low-$$$ for the moment.
