Just grabbed this recently deleted domain name.
It has over 18,000,000 google results WITH quotes. Overture shows many results for resort related searches. What i think add some value here is the large number ofo ver extensions for it already taken.

It's a good name.

The name itself could be worth quite a bit to the right end user, especially for a 2 word .net. Say $300-$500 to an actual resort. Otherwise, wholesale I'd say maybe $50-$80.

Real value with this one is to develop it and see if you can get some of those searches. My wife and I were looking for a site dedicated to All-Inclusive resorts and didn't find much. Maybe work that angle.

Anyway, with a good site you may see 100x what you'd get with the domain alone on this one.
