The word "Google" in domain

I know Google is a trademark, but how does it apply when using the word "google" as a noun or verb.

i.e. RankFirstOnGoogle.com or JustGoogleIt.com
(not mine, just examples)

I'm assuming it would be a TM issue, but seems like it could be a gray area as well.

Thoughts?

Doesn't matter if you're using it as a noun or a verb. It's their trademark and a "well known" mark at that.
