One doesn't even have to be an engineer to know how to construct a simple wall, lol. The contractor, a little known North Dakota firm was handed the contract. They produced amazing quicky results, except it's only set in 2.5 feet foundation. Hell, my dog can dig deeper than that! Plus the fact, critical sections are failling due to being set too close to the Rio Grande. Engineers and hydrologists know that rivers ebb and flow, weakening the base will eventually lead to key sections of the wall falling into the river...oops!

That's what happens when you build cheap and fast...hardly the Great Wall claimed by Trump & Bannon

A single incompetent contractor from North Dakota doesn't make the entire project a failure or the wall useless.

1) In fact, the wall has been very successful.
