If it had been the DOJ and FBI investigating any voting concerns at the end of the 2016 election (they may have been, I don't remember and am too lazy to do the research), Trumpers would have been SCREEEEEAMING that Obama was trying to steal the election from the T-man.

Voter fraud is hard to prove except there are several eye witness, whistle blowers who have given statements under oath to the FBI.
