It's politicizing the court. Even if Biden wins and democrats took both houses of congress.. it will backfire. You won't get the outcome you want and ENTIRE country will suffer.

My own opinion is that the high court should be more reflective of the population today. Not 150 years ago.

I think the court should be expanded so as to ensure the fairest, most thoughtful decisions.
