Unfortunately I used all my apple and cherry wood last round, hardwood is best. I mostly use birch, tamarack and some wildrose. I wonder what the customs would say about exporting wild game? hmmm

I have a cousin that lives in South Africa and when he comes to visit us he always brings back some "Biltong" which is similar to beef jerky I think and hard to resist...
