To reply to your assertion, #3 No enforcement of policy for Democrats, #16 Failure to enforce consistently makes it clear why having a monopoly is bad, since for one side they are operating under Section 230, but for the other side they are "curators".

There are some examples of censored conservative personalities in the list, but other stuff they let on their platform is outright illegal, like #26 Violence and doxxing from Antifa, #29 Terrorist recruiter’s video, I mean for #29 tw*tter simply needs to be unplugged from the internet, I doubt you can find anything like that on Gab.
