The only thing you can do is to reduce the power of politicians so that they are not worth bribing. That means smaller government.

Campaigns etc can all be funded publicly. Eliminate private funding and you eliminate the bribery.

There are far far more instances of documented voter suppression than there are instances of documented voter fraud.
