On her way to work one morning

Down the path alongside the lake

A tender-hearted woman saw a poor half-frozen snake

His pretty colored skin had been all frosted with the dew

“Oh well,” she cried, “I'll take you in and I'll take care of you”

“Take me in oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven's sake

Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake

She wrapped him up all cozy in a curvature of silk

And then laid him by the fireside with some honey and some milk

Now she hurried home from work that night as soon as she arrived

She found that pretty snake she'd taken in had been revived

“Take me in, oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven's sake

Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake

Now she clutched him to her bosom, “You're so beautiful,” she cried

“But if I hadn't brought you in by now you might have died”

Now she stroked his pretty skin and then she kissed and held him tight

But instead of saying thanks, that snake gave her a vicious bite

“Take me in, oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven's sake

Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake

“I saved you,” cried that woman

“And you've bit me even, why?

You know your bite is poisonous and now I'm going to die”

“Oh shut up, silly woman,” said the reptile with a grin

“You knew damn well I was a snake before you took me in

I am going to make a bold prediction, just like I did here when I said Trump would win, the thread is in the break room somewhere.

If the Democratic supporters keep doing what they have been doing since the last election, I expect a repeat of the last election.IMO

The reason being, independents and people on the fence about a candidate, will vote republican simply due to the actions and conduct by the democratic followers, the media certainly isn’t helping that cause at this point.

Trust and credibility are going to be a huge factor in the 2020 election IMO. Any agenda other than what is best for ALL the people in our country, will cause that party to loose the election IMO.

What swayed my vote to President Trump was what I considered to be pure immaturity of the Clinton followers, and Clinton making sure she fed her followers appetite for nonsense that had little to do with the welfare of our country, for all the people.

At this point, due to the disrespect shown for our President, I will certainly vote just as did last election or, not vote at all , things could change, but as of right now, I feel the democratic followers have hurt the party even worse than they did last election.

Independents and the people on the fence have to see maturity and trust, I think the democratic followers are severely hurting their chances at this point IMO

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^, kind of case and point above. I want to send those children to their room, and I damn sure don’t want them running my country, there are far more mature ways to express dissatisfaction than what these people do, and the way they go about doing it.

I don’t see the maturity changing, especially when election time gets close IMO, with that being said, the Democratic Party will have just set themselves back another 4 years. Expect independents like myself and the people on the fence to vote against them, no matter who the candidate is.

If these practices of the followers continue hour after hour, they won’t JB, that was the complete reason for posting a victory for Trump before the last election, people were shocked by the election results, I wasn’t, I had predicted a clean Trump victory with a lot of confidence last election, that solely based on the actions of the Democratic Party followers, Americans have very little patience for nonsense, I think we as a society have become desperate for results that will help all the people of the country, and I think we are at a point we are willing to gamble away from the immaturity and nonsense, and I don’t think it matters who the candidate is, just opposite of the nonsense, just like last election, That is what put President Trump in office as president.
