9th Circuit confirms right to open carry, striking down Hawaii's ban on bearing arms.

A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit has just ruled that the right to openly carry a firearm for the purpose of self-defense is a protected activity under the Second Amendment. The case is Young vs. Hawaii and the lawsuit challenges a Hawaii law, much like that in my own state of Maryland, that severely restricts possession of firearms:

1) Large populations

2) Poor leadership.

Proof it can be fixed: Mayor Rudy Giuliani's "broken window theory", in other words, don't tolerate public intoxication, pissing on the side walk, property crimes, etc.

Rudy's leadership was responsible for turning NYC from a crime infested shit-hole into a nice place. Liberal journalist are quick to point out dropping crime rates in general but life became dramatically better in a short time under Mayor Rudy.

Bottom line, it became a shit-hole because of poor leadership and improved because of good leadership.

Looks like the FBI leaked the tapes of Trump talking with his lawyer, Cohen to CNN. I am sure they are thrilled. Of course, nobody will be concerned with the obvious breach of trust and criminal behavior of the FBI in providing this confidential info to the press. They are patriots, after all.

Interesting how all the news sources say Trump says to pay cash and Cohen says no. They count on people not listening to the tape. Pretty clear Trump says not to pay with cash, and Cohen's no,no,no is an agreement. Especially since Trump follows with a sentence ending with "check."

Other media outlets avoid the outright lie and instead just report that Trump clearly said "cash." Which is true, though the actual words were "don't pay in cash."

Sad to see how little regard the media has for the truth.

This tape is more evidence that @realDonaldTrump himself was directly involved in a campaign finance law violation. And because the amount exceeded $25,000, it would be punishable as a felony. #TrumpTapes also show Rudy Giuliani lied. But that's not news.

Yes. This is strong, hard evidence of a felony, especially when you listen to the full audio. Donald Trump's statement about Ivana Trump's divorce filings is actually *just as damning* from a criminal law standpoint as the statement about Karen McDougal's hush money.
