How they are housed isn’t the main issue. The issue is 45s NEW practice of separating kids from their parents. Around 2000 of them since the policy was implemented. Here they are in a strange country, many after a long and dangerous journey to escape a life threatening situation, and you think it’s okey-dokey to rip these kids away from the only constant in their lives? Disgusting and cruel.

If that’s really how you feel, apparently you only care about kids before they’re born...

And, as someone said, he could put an end to it in less time than it takes to salute a North Korean general.

You 're outrage, stoked by propaganda is just virtual signaling. I have no doubt, even if ICE kept women and children together, they would still be called nazis.

The federal Gov floated the idea of a tent city where women and children could stay together and it was immediately characterized as concentration camps by media and open border advocates.

Children are not being mistreated and appear to be better off than the children separated from parents and guardians by ICE during the enlytened years of Obama.

Obama and democrats tired to hide how they treated children... The video I posted yesterday is a democrat Representative admitting that in the first 45 seconds. Of course he then criticize Trump.

I don't like children being separated from their parents. I don't like people hiking 1500 miles with a child in tow because they've been taught a child is a ticket to be released quickly.

Democrats could end this tomorrow by joining with Republicans to support immigration reform.

Is President Trump using "the children" as pawns to get what he wants? Yes. He's also enforcing the laws democratic leadership voted for.

From now on, bona fide refugees (or otherwise) who decide to cross the border have good reason to go stealth and evade regular immigration mechanisms. Why make a formal declaration in front of ICE at a port of entry when you know what's awaiting you ?

On Friday, President Trump agreed to sign a bill that would stop the policy of separating women and children. The bill also includes 25 billion for border security.

Curbing none of the outrage expressed by the media and their sheep.

Illegal immigration and fraud create a backlog that effects legal immigration, including asylum seekers. Even moderate success securing the border will make it easier to argue for increased immigration quotas.

Trump wants a merit based system. If we end chain migration, the lottery and the other crazy loopholes inserted into the law, we could double legal immigration.

There is no better time to argue for increased quotas, even if they are tied to unemployment rate. We need immigration.
