If I were a kid and some country split up my family, took me away from my parents and locked me up in one of those facilities where I had to look at that drivel, I might interpret it as meaning I need to fight the country that did this to me.

So among other things, we’re creating a group of future terrorists.

From people who came here seeking help, because they trusted us to show compassion.

A clean place to sleep, an education, free time, entertainment, field trips, 3 meals a day is going to turn these teenagers into terrorist?

If your so upset about the condition these teenagers are being kept in, why haven't you opened your home as a foster parent?

If I were a kid and some country split up my family, took me away from my parents and locked me up in one of those facilities where I had to look at that drivel, I might interpret it as meaning I need to fight the country that did this to me.

Did you even look at the pictures from that facility? Or read the first hand reports?

Being outraged about the way these families are being treated does not require that one qualify to be a foster parent. These kids don’t need a foster parent - they have parents. They should be kept with them. Families should stay together.

You didn't care when Barack Obama kept teenagers in worse conditions. I think your righteous outrage is politically convenient.

I don't know I've made a claim to be Christian in this forum but let me offer another quote for you.

As far as I know, we're treating these mostly teenage children well. We are not exploiting them.

Now, please explain your lack of outrage ( until now ) when citizens are incarcerated and have their children taken to be placed with family or foster care or worse.

Just because your sudden found moral superiority has been stoked by left-wing journalist and hate for the President, doesn't mean we should abandon our laws or common sense.

We have a border for a reason, to control who comes and goes. If you think the law is too harsh, call your Senator. I've advocated for generous immigration for years.

What effect would it have on the general population become aware of these luxury condos and see rich foreign tourists? Would it spark an uprising or attempted uprising? Unrest? Each of these facilities is single gender, so brothers and sisters are split up too. Two hours outside, the rest of the time incarcerated in a former wal mart. Sleeping 5 to a room meant for a max of 4.

I don't need to do any reseach as I've been quite aware of what Kim and especially his father and grandfather did/do to their people. Actually Kim has become a bit more open to western influence than his predecessors.

Can you imagine his father or grandfather ever recieving someone as colorfull as Dennis Rodman?

So... if Obama can have talks with Cuba, Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood, with the aproval of most Liberals and the Liberal Media, then Trump should negotiate with Kim to try and difuse a very tense situation in that part of the world, that's lasted 70 years, without being called all sorts of names.

Kim is in a tight spot. He does'nt have much wiggle room at the moment. Trump is negotiating from a strong position and I'm convinced an agreement will be made, much faster than imagined.

Conservatives know that Liberals and their Biased Media are hoping for failure and will be vomiting BS in the hope that these talks will fail. You will all be wrong. Trump will be sucessfull and even though Kim is a POS, it's better to deal with him and then force him to make radical changes, including free elections someday.

I hear this sort of sentiment a lot. ("If I had this happen to me, I might become a suicide bomber, too.") But I can assure, you would not become a terrorist - not for this reason anyway. Most people, simply, do not become terrorists, for obvious reasons. People who do become terrorists usually had nothing all that terrible done to them. They often come from comfortable backgrounds and easy lives. Maybe they are just bored and feeling insignificant. They are swayed by an ideology that gives them a sense of importance and a sense of power that makes them feel significant again.

If anything creates terrorists, I would say it's mental illness, a sense of alienation (increasingly common in today's world) and boredom.
