You really have to read that one, for example:
"The survey estimated that nearly 4.5 million men in the US had at some time in their lives been forced to penetrate another person, and crucially, that in 79.2 per cent of cases the perpetrator forcing the sexual act was a woman."
You see 79.2 was a woman of 4.5 million, which is low if you compare it to the number of women who get assaulted.

"91% of the victims of rape and sexual assault are female, and 9% are male"
"One in five women and one in 71 men will be raped at some point in their lives"
"96% of people who sexually abuse children are male, and 76.8% of people who sexually abuse children are adults"

Any time I hear of rape on the news, it's rare it's a woman straight up raping some dude.
Or get one of those apps on your phone that show sexual predators nearby, it's basically all male.
