That is what is called a "population pyramid". It is usually called that because for most countries, it tends to be fatter on the bottom and skinnier at the top.
Given that population distribution, what would you predict is going to happen to Germany ten years from now when the size of the population entering retirement age is double the size of the population entering the job market?
At the rate it's going, 10 years from now the Muslim population is going to double or treble in size and terrorist attacks will increase at an alarming rate and become an everyday occurrence. Everyone will be living in constant fear and stress especially in big cities, where Muslim populations are the highest.
The German and EU population will suffer greatly from the stupid, criminal policies of open borders thanks to Frau Merkel and the rest of the EU leaders (except for the East European ones)

While this may not be obvious to you, or many others here, people give birth to babies. They do not give birth to young adults.

In the face of an obviously-developing economic crisis implied by the German population pyramid, Germany has two stark choices, either:
(a) figure out how to give birth to young adults - A LOT OF THEM, or
(b) get them from somewhere else.
Which of those alternatives seems like a better plan?
A would be the best and safest bet, provided Germany gives excellent incentives to have more babies and less abortions.
B would be a disaster for Germany and Europe because the vast majority of invaders are male, are Muslim, are unskilled, are not interested in integrating and are mostly interested in free benefits and the German women. These freeloaders are being freely provided for by the German taxpayers in the order of close to 25 Billion € a year.
Those 25 B € could be used to incentivise young couples to have more babies from the present fertility rate of 1.6 births per woman to the required replacement rate of 2.1
Many of these illegal invaders come over with all types of tropical diseases as well as mental diseases. Many dozens if not hundreds of thousands are so radicalized and hateful of the infidels that they just want to rape our women or blow us all up to kingdom come.
The millions that are not radicalized don't seem to care too much if we get blown up or not, judging from the massive protests they have after every Islamic terrorist attack.
