Undoubtedly there will be investigations into possible tampering of the votes, let's see what transpires from them. (It was already found that cyber-attacks had occurred upon the system from one certain country prior to the election. It is therefore an 'if' but not a 'big if'.)

Untrue.

There is no evidence of cyber attacks on voting machines. According to the FBI, hackers tried to access voter databases.

There is NO evidence of hacking or tampering with votes.

Professor cited in report says election results 'probably not' hacked
http://www.politico.com/story/2016/11/election-results-hacked-new-york-magazine-231796

Pretending like there was is a dangerous attempt by the left to discredit Trump's landslide victory. These states have been turning red for almost EIGHT years.

Republican control 38+ state legislatures now. They control both the house and senate. Not some fluke the traditionally blue counties voted for Republicans in state elections also.

The biggest example of voter fraud can be found in North Carolina Governors race.

When democrats realized they had lost the election, a single county found 90K absentee ballots, minutes before the polls closed. 90K!

Turns out, the same people filled out, then witnessed hundreds of ballots. That will play out in the courts. Democrats will go to jail.

Hang on, is this the same 'FBI' you are quioting as the same 'impartial' one that tried to influence the election? As it is even you quote as 'probably not'. That does not sound convincing to me, more like someone who is unsure.

As it is the POTUS has made it clear there will be ramifactions for an alien nations attacks on the system, I would think the NSA has more info than you or I or indeed the FBI do, and they are the ones who would have advised the POTUS before he made such a statement.

As it is there will undoubtedly be investigations in several States.

You're free to rationalize all you want.

POTUS has emphasized the need for a smooth transition of power. If there had been hacks on our voting machines or the count tampered with, I'm sure the NSA would have told him.

If the NRA were aware of them at the time I am sure they have or would have informed the POTUS. We do not know if they did or didn't. But of course evidence more often comes to light at a later stage. As it is we will all have to wait and see.

(I dislike Obama, Clinton, and Trump - for different reasons, so this is not about personal political beliefs or affiliations for me, just observations on events.)

That shows you REALLY do not understand me. I am not 'bargaining' at all. I think that is your wishful thinking.

If the NRA.
NRA is the National Rifle Association. Not sure they would know anything about the election results.

You're observations are based on click bait and bs.

Trump is a perpetual con man (and Hillary is a perpetual corporate shill). Don't fool yourself (Trumpies) into thinking that Trump will stand up for the American people, he will do what he has always done, use every opportunity he is afforded to enrich himself and his partners/family with no concern for anyone that he burns in the process...and yes that includes the American people.

Obama ran an eight year con.. 20 Trillion dollar debt, record unemployment, record welfare, record disability, record illegal immigration.

Hi progressive friend in the press helped him screw middle class and working poor while making dirt bag criminals like the Clinton filthy rich.

Wage gape is higher then it's ever been.

But boys get to full access to girls locker room.. so there's that.
I see. So I point out that Trump is a perpetual con man and that a con man never changes and you respond with: "Obama ran an eight year con".

In other words:
Hey we were just conned for 8 years, why are you so concerned about being conned for at least another 4, what's the big deal?.

You really are working with some logical, clear thinking there my friend.

With all this talk of fiddled elections. I can see how the popular vote might be hacked and fiddled, but the president is elected by the electoral college. Don't see how that can be easily hacked. Whatever happens, Trump's win looks pretty secure. And just look at that USD soar.

Man, I know! Every day since election (excluding weekends and holidays where FX kinda stops), Yen has lowered 1 JPY against USD.

Right now, $100 = $113 (local economy equivalent).

I'm just waiting for Reagan era Yen where my money's worth 2.5 times more. :)

Loving the Trump effect thus far.

The markets are in such a hurry to hit the roof, that even the New York stock exchange Bull is getting all excited, with all that rubbing...

As for the votes, much more likely they've been hacked and fiddled in Hillary's benefit. I wonder how many dead people and illegals voted? That's two of their specialties.

Bring the re-count on. Let them embarrass themselves...

And just look at that USD soar.

Fluctuation in the USD is dependent on several factors, not just expectations of a solid US economy or the US presidential elections. Expectation of an interest rate hike (Dec Fed meeting now that the election is over) is a large short term reason for a rally in the USD.

Longer term, USD investment is seen globally as a flight to quality, but that could ultimately mean international investors (including foreign governments) are moving into the dollar in expectation of global turmoil and crises. If this does prove to be the case I would expect the USD to rally nicely but as a result become very overpriced.

Why?

The USD may be viewed as a safe haven but in truth it is not when you consider that the US is currently the largest debtor nation in the world.

The financial markets will tell you the truth before any politician, long before.
