I'm serving the last year of recruitment in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), and my I gathered my opinion based on the things I experienced in the past two years, between the age of 18-20. First I believe every country should defend its citizens in case they are under any risk (Here's an example of some Israel terror attacks we had in the past month: Woman stabs security guard at the central bus station, Armed palestinian went to a killing-spree with an automatic gun inside a pub, Saturday afternoon. Suicidal bombers, rocket launching from Gaza strip, and that's really just the tip of the ice). I will also say that the IDF is really human military. We provide medical treatments when needed. Hell, a medic once treated a "stabber" before the casualties because he was in worse condition.
So, yeah.. I hope people will get some sense regarding the Muslim regimes, and how terrorists should be treated..
