"Huff Post's very deceptive headline: Rand Paul: Children Got 'Profound Mental Disorders' After Receiving Vaccines"
Rand Paul's quote: "I've heard of many tragic cases of walking, talking, normal children, who wound up with profound mental disorders after vaccines." Okay. What's the deceptive part?

The deceptive part is the headline

You believe Rand Paul was telling the truth when he said, "I've heard of many tragic cases of walking, talking, normal children, who wound up with profound mental disorders after vaccines" even though he couldn't name a single example or point to any legitimate scientific research that backs him up.
He was not asked to give an example in that interview.

I'm amazed you can remember what you got at one time when you were still in diapers.

Your question was about if I remembered getting vaccines in school , NOT when I was a baby. Besides, we are given a little vaccine book from the Hospital or Clinic, where the various vaccines are marked with their respective date as well as the date of future vaccines to be taken. This happened with me and with my kids.

And I can assure you that we are NOT given 6 or 7 vaccines all at once like in the US, precisely what Rand Paul was talking about, but the Liberal nuts seem to think he is wrong for thinking that way.

Let me tell you something, only idiots or some looney liberal scientists will believe that giving 6 or 7 vaccines all at once is safe and harmless for every kid. If those scientists say so, it's because they've been bought by the Pharma industry.

Yeah, we're mostly morons here. A lot of people believe in Bigfoot, too. Last Satruday late night/early morning, Sunday, there was a religious guy on TV curing people of their serious diseases by touching their forehead. Every few minutes, after healing people, he would take a break and do a few minutes of selling Glorious Spring Water that could cure all kinds of maladies. I'm sure many people ordered the bottled water.
So why were you watching a program of a "religious guy on TV curing people of their serious diseases by touching their forehead"? I wouldn't waste a minute of my life watching that crap

Doesn't common sense tell you that these so called "religious" people are nothing but greedy capitalists who's only intention is to sell people in pain or despair a worthless product? Those kinds of TV shows are an American phenomena, which unfortunately has spread to other countries.

Just like Male circumcision, a procedure which was brainwashed into Americans brains to think that it was a healthy thing to do. It was nothing more than a way of doctors making more money out of a completely unnecessary operation. Thankfully here in Europe we didn't have idiotic doctors brainwashing people into believing it is a good procedure, so... it's not practiced, except by the Jewish and Muslim community.

Of course it is.

He was not asked to give an example in that interview..[/QUOTE

It's a trick question. He said, "I've heard of many tragic cases of walking, talking, normal children, who wound up with profound mental disorders after vaccines." Didn't say he'd actually ever met any of these children... Just apparently believed what some people he's never even talked to about what would be a very complex medical diagnosis.

However, Paul is now doing everything he can (except admit he was wrong) to back away from his own statement. You talk about changing stories. Now he says, "I did not say vaccines caused disorders, just that they were temporally related -- I did not allege causation. I support vaccines, I receive them myself and I had all of my children vaccinated." And: “There’s 400 headlines now that say ‘Paul says vaccines cause mental disorders,'” he added. “That’s not what I said. I said I’ve heard of people who’ve had vaccines and they see a temporal association and they believe that.”

yeah, right, Rand, "temporal associations" sounds so much better than "profound mental disorders." And you believe that they believe it . . . not that it's true. How convenient.

Your question was about if I remembered getting vaccines in school , NOT when I was a baby. Besides, we are given a little vaccine book from the Hospital or Clinic, where the various vaccines are marked with their respective date as well as the date of future vaccines to be taken. This happened with me and with my kids..

I'll never know what your vaccine book shows. I do know most kids where I grew up got multiple vaccinations at once. But I'm not complaining about it because there's nothing to complain or worry about.

And I can assure you that we are NOT given 6 or 7 vaccines all at once like in the US, precisely what Rand Paul was talking about, but the Liberal nuts seem to think he is wrong for thinking that way..

No, "the liberal nuts" think he is wrong for saying (and now not saying) that multiple vaccinations cause "profound mental disorders," in children, which several unbiased studies and investigations have proven is not true.

Let me tell you something, only idiots or some looney liberal scientists will believe that giving 6 or 7 vaccines all at once is safe and harmless for every kid. If those scientists say so, it's because they've been bought by the Pharma industry. .

You can tell me all you want about how the CDC and such are full of idiots and looney liberal scientists and they are all bought off by the Pharmaceutical industry, but even people like Sen Marco Rubio don't believe what Paul said. "Absolutely, all children in America should be vaccinated," Rubio said, according to NBC News, later adding: "There is absolutely no medical science or data whatsoever that links those vaccinations to onset of autism or anything of that nature."

So why were you watching a program of a "religious guy on TV curing people of their serious diseases by touching their forehead"? I wouldn't waste a minute of my life watching that crap.

You don't seem to have any trouble believing things, so what makes you think a faith healer who sells disease-curing Glorious Spring Water isn't the real deal? After all, I've heard of many unable to walk, sick people who have had miraculous recoveries after drinking the glorious water. . . . Never actually met any, but saw a woman throw away her crutch on the TV show. What more proof is needed, actually examining her? Rand Paul didn't seem to think that was necessary.

Doesn't common sense tell you that these so called "religious" people are nothing but greedy capitalists who's only intention is to sell people in pain or despair a worthless product? Those kinds of TV shows are an American phenomena, which unfortunately has spread to other countries.

Now you're mocking your fellow Christian faith healer as a greedy capitalist selling a worthless product? Doesn't common sense tell me this? Yes, just like science tells me Rand Paul made up his vaccine/profound mental disorder nonsense.

The only thing I'll say about this is that I was born weighing nine pounds but only weighed seven pounds after being circumsized.

Your answer leaves us unsure of weather you approve of it or not, but... it means that during the op you either lost a tremendous amount of blood or you had a foreskin that weighed 2 pounds. :-o

Some would argue that circumcisions are simply sexist, meant to enhance a male's sexual sensitivity and reduce a woman's.

I would argue that it's nothing more than a money making racket that only helps benefit the doctors pockets.

What amazes me is that most Americans regard Female circumcision as barbaric, but Male circumcision is acceptable and recommended. Go figure

if we're talking about the same thing, it is barbaric....and also illegal in the UK. Female circumcision, also called female genital mutilation, is the partial or complete removal of the clitoral hood or clitoral glans and/or the inner/outer labia. And it's often done with a razor blade without anesthesia. Male circumcision is nothing compared to that.

Both Male and Female circumcision (FGM) is barbaric. In the US about 65% of new born male babies are circumcised, except in the West US where it's about 35% because of a very large Latino population who don't practice it.

So, according to stats more than 2 out 3 US newly born male babies are submitted to a ridiculous and useless operation. And these stats don't include circumcisions done at an older age

So my question is: In the US, if circumcision is so good for baby boys, why the hell isn't it good for baby girls? Why no equal treatment for the girls?

Male circumcision is nothing more than sexual mutilation of a healthy baby for profit and the US is a prime example how an entire country can be brainwashed into believing it's a good thing. It's not even done for religious reasons, it's done for profit by greedy people in the medical profession."

Below is an example of a totally biased BS article from a very well known Liberal media that tells us among other things that "The study says the benefits of newborn circumcision exceed the risks by at least 100 to 1." or "Infant circumcision should be regarded as equivalent to childhood vaccination,"

I still don't think we're talking about the same thing. Forget about whether the procedure is worthwhile or not in men. I really don't care one way or another because it doesn't matter. Other than losing a little foreskin, nothing changes. But what is done in the procedure to girls is far more painful and invasive than what is done to guys.

We give it up as an offering to the Gods.

Plus with getting circumcised:
A. it's more hygienic
B. you don't have a funny looking penis

I'm just glad I had it done when I was a baby and have no memory of it whatsoever, couldn't go thru that as an adult.

"Man Goes in for Circumcision and Leaves Without Penis Alabama resident Johnny Lee Banks Jr. is claiming a hospital cut off way more than he asked for during surgery"

I think it's just correcting a mistake that was made. Some people say the body is all good but men have nips for what? Decoration? A marker to where the chest starts? Something for the ladies to play with? Early evolution, one day we'll produce milk?

You obviously don't care or understand because you've been brainwashed into believing it's OK to do it to boys. And how do you measure the difference in pain in circumcising a baby boy or God forbid, a baby girl? Now they try to convince you to believe that it reduces risk for HIV transmission. What a joke!

Why does the US with over 80% of it's male population circumcised, have so much more HIV cases than Europe or Japan, where circumcision is a no no? I would say that the opposite is true. I would say that circumcision is the problem.

Jeez, what is with you and Male circumcision? You started ranting about this out of the blue at the end of a vaccination post, for what reason, I don't know. And now you're acting like I'm arguing HIV rates and profit motives with you. All I'm saying is that female circumcision is a lot more invasive and painful than male circumcision, especially the ways it's performed around the world as a ritual.. Look up what gets removed from a female and tell me you would want that to happen to any female. How do you measure the pain difference? Are you serious? With males, it's just skin, but with females, well, shit, if you honestly think having a clitoris removed with a dull razor by the village medicine man is no worse than foreskin being removed, well, we'll just have to disagree.

Not sure about that, but I am sure Clinton is too old. She's sharp, but look what happened to Reagan. Maybe they should put an upper age limit along with a minimum age.
