Let me brake it down for you.. Obama admin colludes with enviro terrorist to stop fracking on public ( federal ) lands.

Federal court shoots down rules.. ( on Native American owned land )

Obama admin shrugs and takes credit for Jobs created from fracking and energy production.

At the same time, opposing fracking, pipeline construction, coal mining and building cars people actually want.

Then gives BILLIONS of tax payer money to rich people so they can play with solar energy,

BILLIONS more of tax payer money to other rich guy so he can build electric cars only rich people can afford.

BILLIONS more on a power plant in the desert that can't produce power buy glows hot enough to cook birds in flight for a mile radius.

Just ignore the fact that 4.5% of 500 is worse then 4.5% of 1000 b/c we stopped counting people who couldn't find full time work or went on welfare.

So dangerous that no charges against them can be brought, and that they cannot even get a fair trial in a real court.

This is the real America Americans have built for themselves:
An America where the Constitution has become a worthless piece of paper, where rights have become a privilege (left to the interpretation of the executive branch). An America where the norm is:
Detention without trial, arbitrary imprisonment, torture, unusual and cruel punishment.
And of course these new 'norms' are supposed to be enforced on the rest of the world.

Sorry but that's not my idea of civilization. Treat others like you would want to be treated.

PS: ever wondered why some politicians are so eager to strip Americans of their citizenship, even for ridiculous offenses ? When you are a non-American in the hands of Uncle Sam you have no rights whatsoever.

They get a fair trial. Many have been released but are still being kept at Gitmo for their own safety. You see, if they go back home, they're good enough as dead. And frankly, I don't want them here. Maybe the UK would be kind enough to repatriate them?

It's impossible to take away US citizenship for the natural born. For those granted citizenship through other channels, is another story, and I agree with it; if they are found guilty of an act of terror for instance, why the hell not strip them of their citizenship?

I have to clarify my previous post for "fair trial".

There is a difference between criminal proceedings in front of a jury of peers and a trial for a combatant, which is what they are. All combatants are receiving fair trials. Some? None at all. They're just shipped home in exchange for a US traitor. Thanks, Obama.
